About

I’m a creative director, designer, and occasional illustrator with more than two decades’ experience in branding, editorial, and digital design. After stints in Philly and DC, I currently lead the creative team at Landesberg Design in Pittsburgh, where we work with universities, nonprofits, and others doing good things in the world.

Along the way, I’ve learned this job is as much about creating the conditions for success as it is about the work itself. Experience doing everything from research and strategy to design, development, and delivery shapes my approach. That means asking the right questions, setting a clear direction, and knowing when to push an idea. It also means managing expectations, allocating resources thoughtfully, and giving creative partners the support and freedom they need to thrive.

Above all, I believe the best work comes from relationships built on curiosity, candor, and trust. If that sounds like you too, we should talk.

Meanwhile — family, books, bikes, campfires, cocktails, and an increasingly concerning interest in mechanical watches.
